Governanace Committee

Al Lun (GC Chair), Kathy Brutinel, Kay Hocker, Ray Phelps-Bowman, DC Mangum

We meet on the second Monday of the Month at 1PM at Diversity Council.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Establish and follow a plan to review the completeness, clarity and relevancy of each of the Board's governance policies.
  2. Guide the process to maintain "Governance Policies Manual" in particular:
    1. Governing Process Policies
  3. Support the work of the Ends Policies task force
  4. Be the subject matter expert on policy process flow and its implementation
  5. Conduct annual Carver Model introduction course for new members as well as refresher course for board members in January of each year
