Cyclical Policies Review Plan

The DC GC will track the review of the Board policies per the following plan. The actual review of a particular policy is subject to change based on requests from the Board or incidents that may trigger a review of a particular policy to understand if the language of a particular policy might have caused an unintended interpretation and therefore warrants language refinement and clarification.

In support of the Board Focus Items Year Calendar this is the policies review calendar to be more or less followed by the Diversity Council's Governance Committee:
