Optimizing Difference

Each person in the workplace has different ideas, convictions, belief systems, and ways of living. These workshops are not about debating the merit of different positions on issues, but about how people with differences can work together respectfully.

Dive deeper into the world of human difference and similarity and learn how exploring human difference can create a more inclusive workplace and improve teamwork and productivity.

The Power of Words

Language is filled with subtle nuances – words can pack enormous power even when the intent is neutral or positive. These workshops on the power of words will enhance your interpersonal skills for more effective workplace communication.

Honoring Culture

“Culture” is more than traditional dances and native clothing. It encompasses values, traditions, worldviews, communication styles, time management, and much more. These workshops explore how culture manifests itself in the workplace as it intersects with religion, interpersonal relationships, and organizational values.
